Henry Hall

Henry Hall has been playing guitar and singing his original songs in a small mountain of seedy bars, and some more illustrious venues too, in his native Australia.

He grew up in Sydney and learned all about love, life and heartache the hard way at sunset and sunrise in Italy and Scandinavia.

A chance encounter in Cali, Colombia with Enrique Iglesias's guitarist and a jam in a local bakery led Henry Hall to a Renaissance man NYC based producer, Juan Pablo Mantilla, who encouraged making this record in New York City.

Three months in the studio on Broadway and shuffling home through the unfamiliar snow to a barely converted warehouse loft in Brooklyn was what it took to bring Henry Hall's debut album 'Leave On The Lights' to life. The tracks were mixed and mastered at Avatar Studios to the rhythm of My Morning Jacket munching on Big Macs.

The result is a warm and honest collection of catchy songs with memorable lyrics and melodies. They capture moments in time about love gone wrong, love gone right and love someplace in between. It's music to make out to, drive to, think to or not to think at all.
